The Label was launched by Ulrich Rützel in 1998 as a direct successor of his label Erdenklang and reflected a new direction of Rützel's musical interests, steering away from computer-acoustic music to more classically oriented world and ethnic fusion styles.
The label is now held by Da Music in Diepholz/Germany with Ulrich Rützel still acting as producer.
