Silencer was a Swedish black metal project that was active in the late 1990s and is known for its sole full-length album, "Death - Pierce Me," released in 2001. The project was led by Nattramn, whose real identity remains largely unknown and who became infamous for his extreme vocal style and enigmatic persona. Silencer's music is characterized by its raw production, depressive themes, and Nattramn's distinctive shrieking vocals. Despite the project's brief existence and limited discography, Silencer has gained a cult following within the black metal community. The band's activities ceased not long after the release of their album, and little is known about Nattramn's activities following Silencer's disbandment.
