Sean Price was a prominent figure in the underground hip-hop scene, known for his rugged style and powerful lyricism. He was a member of the collective Boot Camp Clik and one-half of the duo Heltah Skeltah, alongside Rock. Sean Price's solo career took off with his debut album "Monkey Barz" in 2005, which received critical acclaim and established him as a formidable solo artist. He followed up with "Jesus Price Supastar" in 2007 and "Mic Tyson" in 2012, both of which further solidified his reputation for hard-hitting rhymes and streetwise storytelling. Tragically, Sean Price passed away in his sleep on August 8, 2015. His posthumous album "Imperius Rex" was released in 2017, showcasing the enduring impact of his talent within the hip-hop community.
