Limp Bizkit is an American nu metal band formed in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1994. The band achieved mainstream success with their second album, "Significant Other," released in 1999. This album marked a significant milestone for the band, as it debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart and featured hit singles such as "Nookie" and "Break Stuff." Following up on this success, Limp Bizkit released "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water" in 2000, which also debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and contained popular tracks like "Rollin'" and "My Way." Both albums played a significant role in defining the sound and attitude of nu metal at the turn of the millennium.
