Killing Floor

Killing Floor

British Blues Rock Band

Killing Floor was a British blues rock band formed in 1968. The band consisted of members Bill Thorndycraft (vocals, harmonica), Mick Clarke (guitar), Lou Martin (keyboards), Stuart McDonald (bass), and Bazz Smith (drums). They were part of the late 1960s British blues boom, playing a style that drew heavily from American blues artists. Killing Floor released their self-titled debut album "Killing Floor" in 1969, which showcased their raw blues-rock sound. The follow-up album, "Out of Uranus," was released in 1971 and took a more psychedelic rock direction.
