Grizzly Bear is an American indie rock band formed in Brooklyn, New York, in 2002. The group emerged on the music scene with their debut album "Horn of Plenty" in 2004, but it was their second album, "Yellow House" (2006), that began to garner significant critical acclaim. The band consists of Edward Droste (vocals, guitar, omnichord), Daniel Rossen (vocals, guitar, banjo), Chris Taylor (bass, backing vocals, various instruments, producer), and Christopher Bear (drums, backing vocals). Grizzly Bear's sound is characterized by their use of harmony vocals and a blend of folk-rock and experimental pop with an eclectic range of influences.
