Doogie White & La Paz is a collaboration between Scottish rock vocalist Doogie White and the Scottish hard rock band La Paz. Doogie White is best known for his work with some of the biggest names in hard rock and heavy metal, including Rainbow, where he served as the lead vocalist from 1994 until 1997, and later with bands like Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force and Michael Schenker Group. La Paz was formed in the early 1980s by guitarist Chic McSherry and singer Doogie White. The band had a strong local following in Scotland and recorded demos that were well-received but did not lead to a record deal at the time.
