British Rock Saxophonist and Songwriter

Born 7th March, 1943, Barnet, Hertfordshire, England Instruments played: Bass guitar; Double bass. Raised in Markyate, UK, White was one of the main songwriters in The Zombies along with Rod Argent. He also penned songs for the band Argent and Colin Blunstone's solo work. As an A&R executive White also assisted in the promotion of Dire Straits and also formed a band called White Circle with his brother Matthew White, Vivienne Boucherat and Bianca Kinane. In 2008 White performed in a series of '40th Birthday' concerts with members of the reformed Zombies.
