Billy Strange (September 29, 1930 – February 22, 2012) was an American singer, songwriter, guitarist, and actor. He was a session musician in Los Angeles and a member of the renowned group of session players known as The Wrecking Crew. Throughout his career, Strange worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Elvis Presley, Nancy Sinatra, and Nat King Cole. He is perhaps best known for his work with Nancy Sinatra on hits such as "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" and "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)."
