It took Peter Hammill, Hugh Banton and Guy Evans a full four years to complete. Their last album "Alt" was released back in 2012. At the end of 2015 they finally returned to the studio, where Van Der Graaf Generator recorded a total of nine new songs by the beginning of this year. According to Hammill, these are some of the most technically challenging songs the band has ever written. 'Do Not Disturb' was mastered and mixed at London's legendary Abbey Road studios. For nearly 50 years they shaped the face of rock music. In 2016, they continue their remarkable output. "Do Not Disturb" is the title of Van Der Graaf Generator's new album, a reissue of a CD originally released in 2016.
